Rajib Agarwala
Rajib Agarwala is the Co-founder & CEO of Subham Group of Industries. His strategic thinking and long term vision has enabled the company to achieve its goals and establish itself as an industry leader. His knowledge of machineries has helped the company to achieve operational and technical efficiency. He primarily looks after Sales and Finance.
Subham Agarwal
Subham Agarwal is the Director and COO of Subham Group of Industries. An alumnus of University of Delhi and the prestigious London Business School, his engineering and market knowledge and passion for business makes him a very valuable addition to the team. Under his leadership, the company successfully acquired Ishan Chandi Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. As a COO, he ensures operational efficiency in the firm and his involvement in every stage of production has led us to produce the finest quality of rice for our customers. He aims to establish the group as a global leader in the FMCG sector. He also looks after business development, new partnerships and diversification of the group.
